Logbook doesn't assume a diagnosis, a condition, or a particular kind of care. It assumes you notice things, and that nobody has given you a decent way to write them down.

The short version: it's encrypted at every step — on your phone, in transit, and on our servers — and every access on our side is restricted, logged, and yours to inspect.
Pattern questions send what you recorded — times, categories, durations and doses — to an AI service (Anthropic), stripped of names, exact ages and identifying details, and never anything you've marked private. Every request is logged in the app, where you can read exactly what was processed and when — and you can switch the feature off entirely without losing anything else.
